Ciudadanos, Igualdad, Derechos y Valores (CERV)
The Citizens, Equality, Rights and Values (CERV) programme was launched in 2021 and will run for seven years until 2027. It was created along with the 2021-2027 Justice programme under the Justice, Rights and Values Fund. The CERV programme seeks to support and develop open, rights-based, democratic, equal and inclusive societies based on the rule of law. That includes a vibrant and empowered civil society, encouraging people's democratic, civic and social participation and cultivating the rich diversity of European society, based on our common values, history and memory.
The CERV programme has four pillars:
- Equality, Rights and Gender Equality - promoting rights, non-discrimination, equality (including gender equality), and advancing gender and non-discrimination mainstreamin
- Citizens' engagement and participation - promoting citizens engagement and participation in the democratic life of the Union, exchanges between citizens of different Member States, and raising awareness of the common European history
- Daphne - fight violence, including gender-based violence and violence against children
- Union values - protect and promote Union values
ERASMUS+
The EC's flagship training programme. Erasmus+ is not just about the famous student mobilities. This programme finances the development of innovation in training, innovative educational curricula, public-private partnerships between educational organisations and companies. Companies, universities, VET schools, secondary schools, ... all have a place in this programme.
Skills Divers has experience in writing and participating in all Erasmus+ key actions and especially those related to vocational excellence and VET.

HORIZONTE EUROPA
The EU's framework programme for research, development and innovation par excellence. It aims to boost scientific and technological research, promote innovation and address societal and economic challenges. Horizon Europe is structured in three main pillars:
- Excellent Science: It seeks to strengthen the EU's scientific and technological base by funding cutting-edge research projects and supporting excellent researchers.
- Global Challenges and Industrial Competitiveness: Focuses on tackling key societal and economic challenges, such as health, climate change, clean energy, food security and digital transformation, with the aim of improving European industrial competitiveness.
- Innovative Europe: Aims to foster innovation and technology transfer by supporting collaboration between companies, universities and other actors to bring research results to the market.
In addition, Horizon Europe includes specific measures to boost research and innovation in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), as well as actions dedicated to strengthening research excellence and collaboration in EU Member States.
It is particularly recommended for universities, R&D centres and companies with a strong innovative character seeking a financial boost for their lines of research or products.
INTERREG MED
The INTERREG MED Programme brings together 13 European countries on the northern shore of the Mediterranean. They work together for sustainable growth in the region.
The Programme supports projects that develop innovative concepts and practices and promote a reasonable use of resources. This European Territorial Cooperation Programme aims to make the Mediterranean region smarter and greener and to improve governance among its actors. It provides funding for projects developed and managed by public administrations, universities, private and civil society organisations.
